বাংলাদেশে   জ্বালানি পরিস্থিতি জ্বালানি তেলের মজুতে ঘাটতি নেই, শঙ্কা আছে ডিজেলের মজুত আছে ৩০ দিনের। খালাসের অপেক্ষায় আরও তিন জাহাজ। আমদানির ঋণপত্র ও বিল পরিশোধে জটিলতা কাটেনি। দেশে জ্বালানি তেলের মজুত নিয়ে এখনো ঘাটতি তৈরি হয়নি। সবচেয়ে বেশি চাহিদা থাকা ডিজেলের মজুত আছে ৩০ দিনের। এর বাইরে চট্টগ্রাম বন্দরে খালাসের অপেক্ষায় আছে বিদেশ থেকে ডিজেল নিয়ে আসা আরও তিনটি জাহাজ। আমদানির নিয়মিত ক্রয়াদেশও চলছে। তবে ঋণপত্র (এলসি) খোলা ও বিল পরিশোধে জটিলতা কাটেনি। তাই মজুত ধরে রাখা নিয়ে শঙ্কা আছে। জ্বালানি তেল আমদানি ও সরবরাহের একমাত্র রাষ্ট্রায়ত্ত প্রতিষ্ঠান বাংলাদেশ পেট্রোলিয়াম করপোরেশন (বিপিসি) সূত্রে এসব তথ্য জানা গেছে। বিপিসির দায়িত্বশীল কর্মকর্তারা বলছেন, দেশে ডিজেল মজুতের ক্ষমতা ৬ লাখ ৪ হাজার ৪৯৫ টন। তবে সক্ষমতার পুরোটা সব সময় ব্যবহৃত হয় না। গতকাল রোববার পর্যন্ত বিপিসির কাছে মজুত আছে চার লাখ টনের কিছু বেশি। দিনে গড়ে ব্যবহৃত হচ্ছে ১২ থেকে ১৪ হাজার টন। ডিজেলের অধিকাংশই ব্যবহৃত হয় পরিবহন খাতে। এ ছাড়া কৃষি সেচ ও বিদ্যুৎ খাতেও ডিজেল ব্যবহৃত হয়। বছরে তাদের মোট জ্বালানি সরবরাহের ৭৩ শতাংশই ডিজেল। বছ...
